Under 10 min Ab workout – Adrenaline Extreme Fitness

I have posted today one of my favourite kind of ways to train my core.  This is an older workout I  posted at the beginning of the year but its a great one, so I want to share it again.  The workout is under 10 mins and it kills the core and upper body in such little time.   It’s a 20-10-10 rep workout; so 20 reps of a four point movement , then 10 reps of a plank drill then 10 reps of a pushup drill.  Switching exercises each set.   It’s fast its effective and you can even pair it up with a run or bike ride before or after, or after your workout at the gym.

Here’s the break down of it so you can take it where ever you want:

  • 20 rep- tucks
  • 10 rep- plank knee to elbow touches
  • 10 rep- shoulder pushups
  • 20 rep- 4 point hops
  • 10 rep- plank punches
  • 10 rep- wide pushups
  • 20 rep- Mt. Climbers
  • 10 rep- plank shuffle
  • 10 rep- pushup toe touch
  • 20 rep- crunch squats
  • 10 rep- shoulder plank suicides
  • 10 rep- star pushups
  • 20 rep- 4 point twist
  • 10 rep- plank drops
  • 10 rep- tri box pushups
